Job Summary

Responsible for managing composite production activities along with final PDI of finished products to ensure production targets, quality and dispatch requirements are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily composite production and assembly activities.
- Plan manpower, materials and production schedules.
- Monitor moulding, trimming, bonding, assembly and finishing processes.
- Conduct final PDI before dispatch as per drawings and specifications.
- Check dimensions, fitment, appearance and workmanship.
- Coordinate with Quality, Design and Maintenance teams.




- Identify production/quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Maintain production and PDI reports and ensure timely dispatch.
- Follow safety, quality and process standards.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of FRP/GRP composite manufacturing and assembly.
- Experience in production and final inspection/PDI.
- Valuable understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
