We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production In-Charge to oversee day-to-day production activities, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities as per the production schedule.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time, quality, and cost parameters.
- Allocate manpower and machines effectively across production activities.
- Monitor production processes and identify bottlenecks, breakdowns, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, work instructions, and production processes.
- Maintain production records, reports, and other required documentation.
- Monitor raw material and consumable usage and minimize material wastage.




- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other productivity-improvement practices where applicable.
- Investigate production-related problems and take corrective and preventive actions.
- Train, guide, and supervise production operators and workers.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity, and work performance.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and control production costs.

Educational Qualification B.E (with Relevant manufacturing experience will be considered.)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
