To lead and manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring delivery of quality products as per customer requirements while achieving targets related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity, and Employee Development.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead overall production operations to achieve daily, monthly, and annual manufacturing targets.
- Develop and implement production plans in alignment with customer demand and business requirements.
- Drive improvements in productivity, capacity utilization, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory regulations, and EHS requirements across the plant.
- Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, PPM, Rejection, Scrap, OTIF, and Productivity.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of quality standards and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO systems, and customer-specific requirements.




- Coordinate closely with PPC, Maintenance, Quality, SCM, and HR to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives through reduction in waste, cycle time, energy consumption, and manpower efficiency.
- Review production performance through daily management systems and implement corrective actions for gaps.
- Lead current product launches and production readiness activities.
- Develop a high-performance culture through workforce engagement, training, skill development, and succession planning.
- Ensure machine availability by coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production losses and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, and capital expenditure proposals.
