A cosmetics production chemist manages the large-scale manufacturing, blending, and quality control of beauty and personal care products like creams, lotions, and shampoos. Key Responsibilities

- Batch Manufacturing: Weighs, measures, and dispenses raw materials according to approved batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and procedures.

- Equipment Operation: Sets up and runs factory machines, such as mixers, homogenizers, vacuum emulsifiers, and heating vessels.

- Parameter Monitoring: Tracks critical metrics during production, including temperature, mixing speed, pH levels, and viscosity.

- Quality Control: Performs in-process tests and works with the quality team to ensure safety, efficacy, and consistency.

- Process Troubleshooting: Resolves equipment failures, mixing errors, or consistency issues on the factory floor.

- Regulatory Compliance: Follows Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintains thorough logs for audits
