Key Responsibilities

- Process Development & Optimization:Designing and optimizing chemical processes for excipient production, ensuring efficiency and high quality.

- Quality Control:Performing quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:Investigating and resolving issues that arise during the production process, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

- Documentation & Record Keeping:Maintaining detailed records of production processes, including batch records, protocols, and reports.

- Compliance:Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.





- Collaboration:Working with engineering, production, and other cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and support new product development.

- Training:Providing training to production personnel on processes, procedures, and documentation.

- Continuous Improvement:Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Pay: ₹10,755.91 - ₹37,447.05 per month
