Job Summary

We are looking for a Production & Assembly Engineer with experience in composite manufacturing and assembly processes. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, process execution, quality and timely completion of composite products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day composite production and assembly activities.
- Handle FRP/GRP composite components, panels and assemblies.
- Ensure proper moulding, trimming, bonding, drilling and finishing processes.
- Read engineering drawings and follow work instructions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Design and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor manpower, productivity and production targets.




- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of FRP/GRP composite manufacturing and assembly.
- Understanding of hand lay-up, resin application, bonding and finishing processes.
- Valuable knowledge of engineering drawings and basic measurements.
- Production planning and team-handling skills.
- Experience in automobile, railway or composite manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
