We are seeking a driven and experienced Scrum Product Owner to lead product vision and delivery for an innovative technology program focused on Agentic AI . The role involves working closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions supporting pharmaceutical industry initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-focused technology initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Data Science, Business, and other stakeholders .
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives .
- Own and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business and customer needs.
- Gather requirements, define user stories, and establish clear acceptance criteria .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions and continuously refine priorities.
- Drive development and deployment of AI/Agentic AI solutions supporting drug discovery, development, and commercialization.
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and business metrics to support data-driven decisions.




- Facilitate collaboration across distributed and cross-functional teams and help resolve delivery impediments.
- Ensure high-quality product releases aligned with the overall product strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement across product development and Agile delivery processes.

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall technology experience in enterprise-level product development environments.
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner / Scrum Master , with strong hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
- Robust experience in product vision, roadmap, backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder management .
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving continuous team improvement.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies ; Agentic AI experience is highly desirable.
- Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, data science, and business teams .
- Experience delivering innovative technology solutions within a regulated industry is an advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on product management capabilities.
