We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Product Relationship Manager (Product RM) to manage client relationships, understand business requirements, drive product adoption and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining digital products, building client relationships, driving product adoption and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions
- Support product onboarding, adoption and customer engagement
- Coordinate with internal Product, Technology and Support teams
- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution
- Collect customer feedback and communicate product improvement requirements
- Maintain accurate customer and interaction records in CRM systems
- Track customer engagement and product performance
- Support the achievement of assigned business and product adoption.
Eligibility & Skills
- Final-year students pursuing Graduation / Post-Graduation or fresh graduates.
- Any educational background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Good Presentation and follow-up abilities
- Basic understanding of digital products and technology solutions
- Strong learning agility and willingness to learn
- Tamil & English proficiency preferred; additional languages are an advantage.

Work Location: Coimbatore & Chennai Note: The first 2 months will be an internship period. Candidates who successfully complete the internship will be moved to the Trainee position with a monthly stipend until completion of their final examinations. Upon successful completion of the examinations and satisfactory performance, eligible candidates may be converted to full time employment with DigiByte Technologies Private Limited.
