Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product / Fashion Designer role based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Product / Fashion Designer will conceptualize and design performance-focused apparel and accessories aligned with RuNYX’s brand identity and customer needs.

Duties include creating sketches and technical drawings, selecting materials and trims, developing fits and silhouettes, and collaborating with product development and production teams to bring designs to market. The role involves researching trends in sportswear and athleisure, testing prototypes for comfort and durability,



and refining designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and users. The designer will also support the maintenance of design documentation, ensure consistency in brand aesthetics, and participate in sample reviews and quality checks.

Qualifications

- Strong fashion design and product design skills, including experience with performance or sportswear fashion.
- Knowledge of textiles, fabric properties, and materials suitable for high-movement and endurance-focused products.
- Experience with fitting, garment construction, and pattern understanding to ensure comfort, durability, and functionality.
- Embroidery and detailing skills to enhance product aesthetics while maintaining performance standards.
- Proficiency with design and illustration tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar CAD software).
- Ability to translate brand values into practical, user-centered product designs and collections.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams in design, sourcing, and production.
- Relevant education in Fashion Design, Product Design, Textiles, or a related field; prior experience in sportswear or activewear design is a plus.
