Key Responsibilities

- Program Leadership: Own integrated technical development plans, engineering work packages, milestones, and readiness reviews.

- Customer Interface: Act as the main technical point of contact for OEMs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

- Requirements &
- Architecture Governance:

Ensure requirements are analyzed, allocated, traced, implemented, and validated across system, hardware, software, mechanical, safety, and cybersecurity domains.

- Quality &

- Risk Management:

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; lead DFMEA, problem-solving, and change management.

- Industrialization &

- Launch:

Collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure design-for-manufacturing, prototype builds, launch readiness, and serial-life support.

- Budget &

- Resource Management:

Monitor engineering budgets, resource needs,



and technical dashboards for scope, test progress, defects, risks, and cost variance.

Qualifications

- Education: BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, or related.

- Experience: 1214 years in automotive product development with cross-functional leadership.

- Domain Expertise: Cockpit electronics, infotainment, domain controllers, displays, clusters, connectivity, camera-based products.

- Standards &
- Processes:

Automotive SPICE, functional safety, cybersecurity, DFMEA, ASPICE compliance.

- Tools: Jira, Confluence, PLM, requirements-management platforms, defect-management systems.
