A Product Development Executive Chemist in Cosmetics creates, tests, and scales up beauty and personal care formulas from initial market concept to commercial production. Key Responsibilities

- Formulation Design: Build new skincare, hair care, or color cosmetics formulations through lab trials and prototype creation.

- Testing & Analysis: Evaluate product pH, viscosity, texture, and sensory performance, alongside stability and compatibility testing.

- Ingredient Research: Source and analyze safe raw materials, surfactants, emulsifiers, and active ingredients based on industry trends.

- Scale-Up Support: Transition successful lab batches into pilot batches and assist manufacturing teams during full production scale-up.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, regulatory, quality control (QA/QC), and packaging teams to ensure market readiness and compliance

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
