We’re looking for a Product Designer who wants to do more than design screens. This is not a traditional UI/UX Designer role.
You’ll work on 0→1 products and take meaningful ownership of the product experience from understanding the problem and shaping the concept to designing, prototyping, testing, positioning.
We’re looking for someone who thinks like a product owner, operates like a builder, and uses design to influence not only how the product looks and works, but what we build, why we build it, how we position it, and the story the product tells, Strong perspective is important in this role.
Speed matters.
You’ll be provided with clear product context, information, business goals, and requirements, but timelines for research, exploration, and design will often be limited. You should be comfortable quickly understanding a problem, identifying what matters, making informed decisions, and translating requirements into thoughtful product experiences.
We care deeply about quality, but we don’t optimize for perfection. We expect you to use judgment, rapid research, customer insights, data, prototypes, AI tools, and experimentation to move quickly from thinking → validation → execution.
What you’ll own
· Take products and features from 0→1, from initial problem to shipped experience.
· Own the end-to-end product design process rather than waiting for detailed design instructions.
· Turn product and business requirements into clear, intuitive experiences.
· Use product thinking and systems thinking to understand how individual decisions affect the larger experience.
· Apply psychology and behavioral principles to understand user motivations, decisions, friction, and perception.
· Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
· Use rapid research, testing, data, and experimentation to validate decisions without slowing execution.
· Think beyond usability. Consider brand positioning, differentiation, messaging, and how the product tells its story.
· Build and evolve scalable design systems and interaction patterns.
· Challenge requirements when you see a better solution and clearly communicate the reasoning behind your decisions.
· Use AI and modern design/prototyping tools to increase the speed and quality of execution.
We’re looking for a designer who can look at the same problem through multiple lenses the user, the business, the brand, the market, and the technology — and understand how the experience changes depending on that perspective.
You should be able to step outside your own assumptions, understand how different users may perceive the same experience, and use psychology, context, and behavioral insights to make better product decisions.
What we’re looking for
You have minimum 3+ years of product design experience and a portfolio that demonstrates robust product thinking - not just polished interfaces.
You can show examples where you helped define the problem, made trade-offs, influenced product decisions, and took an idea from ambiguity toward a shipped product.
You understand that great product design sits at the intersection of user needs, business goals, technology, psychology, systems, brand,
and storytelling.
You’re comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. You know when more research is necessary and when it’s time to make a judgment call, build, ship, learn, and iterate.
Most importantly, you take ownership. You don’t see your responsibility as “finishing the designs.” You care about whether the product actually works for users and the business.
This role may NOT be for you if:
You prefer long research or exploration cycles before moving into execution; need highly detailed requirements before you can begin; primarily want to focus on visual/UI execution; optimize for pixel perfection at the expense of shipping and learning; or don’t naturally think about product strategy, psychology, positioning, systems, and storytelling as part of design.
This is a Product Designer role — not an ordinary UI/UX Designer role.
We’re looking for a designer who can zoom out to understand the business and product, then zoom in to obsess over the interactions and details that matter.
If your portfolio shows how you think — the problems you identified, decisions you made, assumptions you challenged, trade-offs you navigated, and outcomes you influenced — we’d love to see it.
“We’re looking for strong product thinking, systems thinking, user psychology, perspective-taking, brand positioning, storytelling, interaction design, and visual craft. You should understand how these disciplines work together to create a product people understand, trust, remember, and want to use.”
Apply and tell us about one 0→1 product or feature you helped shape.
