Work Mode

Mumbai: Work from office - Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).

Other locations: Work from home initially; office work will be required once an office is opened.

Client visits may be required when necessary.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, IT, Communications, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online group product demonstrations through Zoom/Google Meet.

Explain product features, benefits, and use cases to customers.

Understand customer requirements and demonstrate suitable solutions.

Answer questions and handle customer objections.

Coordinate with the Sales team for follow-ups.





Maintain demo and customer information in CRM.

Support webinars, onboarding, and product awareness activities.

Achieve demo engagement and conversion targets.

Conduct in-person product demos when required.

Required Skills Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

Solid presentation and public-speaking skills.

Customer-focused and confident personality.

Ability to explain technical concepts simply.

Basic understanding of SaaS/CRM/business applications is an advantage.

Comfortable with Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

Willingness to learn and work with targets.
