About the Role

Kauvery Hospital is looking for a Product Analyst / Product Associate to join our Digital Strategy team and contribute to our healthcare digital transformation journey.

The role will work at the intersection of business requirements, user experience, data, and technology, collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, hospital operations, and clinical teams to build intuitive digital solutions for patients, doctors, and hospital staff.

We are looking for someone with a foundation in Product Development, Business Analysis, UX/UI Design, Agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Requirement Analysis

- Conduct user and stakeholder interviews to understand business requirements, workflows, and pain points.
- Translate requirements into BRDs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support requirement prioritization based on business impact and feasibility.
- Understand existing healthcare workflows and identify opportunities for digital improvement.

UX/UI & Prototyping

- Create and refine user journeys, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Use Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools to visualize product requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and requirements.




- Participate in usability testing and incorporate user feedback into product improvements.

Agile Product Development

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support management and prioritization of the product backlog.
- Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with Product, Design, Development, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support product releases and rollout of new features.

Product Analytics & Reporting

- Track product performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support data-driven product decisions using available analytics.
- Monitor product adoption and usage where applicable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with hospital operations, clinical, IT, product, design, and development teams.
- Present prototypes, product requirements, research findings, and feature demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate stakeholder validation and sign-off.
- Ensure digital solutions align with real-world healthcare workflows.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.




- 1–2 years of experience in Product Analysis, Product Development, Business Analysis, UX/UI, or a related role.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for an early-career product professional who enjoys understanding user problems and translating them into practical digital solutions.

Candidates with exposure to digital products, UX/UI, business analysis, product development, or healthcare technology will be preferred. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with users, understanding workflows, documenting requirements, creating prototypes, and coordinating with development teams.

Experience or interest in healthcare technology and digital transformation will be an added advantage.
