STORE EXECUTIVE – MEP SITE

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day site store operations for MEP projects.
- Receive, check, store and issue electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing and other MEP materials.
- Maintain GRN, stock register, material issue/return records and other store documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Project/Purchase team for material requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Track material consumption, returns, shortages and damaged materials.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and housekeeping of materials.




- Maintain accurate inventory records for project requirements and audits.

Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in site stores, preferably in MEP / Electrical / HVAC projects.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Willing to work at project site in Pune.
