Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle patient and attendant queries, feedback, complaints, and grievances professionally.

- Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, nursing staff, administration, and other departments.

- Prepare and distribute hospital communications, notices, press releases, and informational material.

- Coordinate hospital events, health camps, awareness programs, conferences, and promotional activities.

- Guide patients/visitors and ensure a positive hospital experience.

Desired Profile:

- Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) – Mandatory.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital/healthcare organization is required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good complaint and grievance-resolution abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital workplace.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
