About the role Independently set up, monitor and troubleshoot printing machinery — flexographic, rotogravure, screen or digital print lines — or industrial manufacturing units, to keep output smooth and high-quality within the shift.

This is a hands-on machine-minding role for someone building a career on commercial printing presses or packaging lines, working under rotating shifts including 12-hour formats.

What you will do

- Machine set-up & calibration

Adjust machine settings, alignment, tension controls and feeding units to the job specification.
- Operational monitoring

Oversee continuous production runs, manage speed controls via HMI or operator panels, and handle material loading.
- Quality assurance





Inspect printed or processed output continuously for colour consistency, alignment, smudges, tearing or surface defects.
- Preventive maintenance

Perform routine pre-shift and post-shift checks, clean print cylinders and heads, explicit jams, and assist the maintenance team during major breakdowns.
- Safety & compliance

Follow factory safety protocols, wear required PPE, and take part in shift handovers and safety briefings.

What we need

Experience

1 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating commercial printing presses, packaging units or industrial machinery.

Education

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or ITI / Diploma in a technical discipline.

Shift readiness

Comfortable working in rotating shifts, including 12-hour day/night formats.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
