: School Principal (Matriculation / State Board)

Position Overview The Principal serves as the academic and administrative head of the school. This role is responsible for ensuring rigorous adherence to State Board/Matriculation guidelines, driving academic excellence, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a disciplined, holistic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Board Compliance: Oversee complete alignment with State Board/Matriculation department regulations, including syllabus completion, official inspections, and board exam registrations.
- Academic Leadership: Monitor teacher performance, implement effective lesson plans, and drive high academic results in public examinations.
- Administration & Operations: Supervise daily school operations, maintain institutional discipline, and manage admissions, budgets, and staff recruitment.




- Stakeholder Management: Main explicit communication with parents regarding student progress and represent the school in community and government forums.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Post-Graduate degree (M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Com.) with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Master of Education (M.Ed.).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Principal or Vice-Principal, specifically in a recognized Matriculation or State Board school.
- Skills: Thorough knowledge of state educational policies, strong leadership, fluent communication, and excellent conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
