Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Primary English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent classroom management skills, and a genuine interest in helping young learners develop their English language, communication, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for primary school students.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, phonics, and comprehension skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning resources, worksheets, activities, and assessments.
- Use creative, interactive, and student-centred teaching methodologies.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support and differentiation.




- Encourage students to develop confidence in spoken and written English.
- Integrate technology and age-appropriate digital resources into teaching and learning.
- Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and parents to support student development.
- Participate in school events, professional development programmes, meetings, and other academic activities.
- Follow school policies, academic standards, and curriculum requirements.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, or a relevant field.
- B.Ed / D.El.Ed / equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Previous experience teaching Primary / Elementary School students is preferred.
- Experience with IB PYP, CBSE, ICSE, or other recognised school curricula will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and a genuine interest in teaching may also be considered.
- Valuable classroom management, lesson planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ICT and digital teaching tools.

What We Are Looking For We are seeking an educator who is enthusiastic, patient, creative, responsible, and committed to student development. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging learning experiences and inspire young learners to become confident English communicators.

Eligible Candidates must be ready to commit for a minimun period of 2 years.
