We are looking for a confident and motivated International Telecaller to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving international calls with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our financial and real estate services, and generating qualified leads and appointments for the sales and advisory teams.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a skilled telephone manner, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive international calls.
- Explain financial and real estate services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule follow-ups and appointments.
- Maintain CRM records and call reports.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Experience in international telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM and basic office tools.
- Target-oriented with good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Interest in Finance or Real Estate is an advantage.
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduate candidates preferred.
