Job DescriptionWe are looking for a warm, creative, and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team at Mother’s Pride, GGN 40. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in early childhood education and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate classroom activities.
- Develop children’s cognitive, social, emotional, language, and motor skills.
- Use creative teaching methods, stories, rhymes, music, art, and play-based learning.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and child-friendly classroom setting.
- Monitor and document each child’s learning and development.




- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and development.
- Collaborate with coordinators and other teachers to ensure effective classroom management.
- Participate in school events, activities, celebrations, and training programs.
- Maintain classroom discipline while ensuring a caring and supportive atmosphere.

Requirements
- Graduate with NTT / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed. or relevant qualification.
- Prior experience in a pre-primary school or early childhood education will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, energetic, creative, and child-friendly approach.
- Strong classroom management and activity-planning skills.
