Role & responsibilities :
- Operate Pre-EL / EL inspection machines for solar PV modules.
- Inspect EL images and identify micro-cracks, cracks, broken cells and other defects.
- Check cell/string quality, alignment and soldering defects.
- Segregate defective cells/strings and maintain rejection records.
- Coordinate with Production, Stringer and Quality teams.
- Follow SOP, 5S, safety and quality standards.
- Maintain inspection records and report quality issues to the supervisor.
- Work in rotational shifts as per production requirements.
Preferred candidate profile Location : Surat - Olpad
Salary : 30000/- to 35000/-
