Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Pre Post Sales Engineer role based in Jaipur. The Pre- and Post-Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements, design suitable technical solutions, and present these solutions to prospective clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution design, as well as post-sales tasks like implementation support, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical guidance. The role involves collaborating with customers to address technical questions,



ensuring successful deployment, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Pre- and Post-Sales Engineer will also help gather feedback from clients to inform product improvements and future enhancements.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Engineering and technical solution design skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in Technical Support, including troubleshooting, implementation assistance, and post-deployment guidance.
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for presenting technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust, understanding client needs, and ensuring positive customer experiences.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Comfort with learning new technologies, platforms, and tools in an AI-native and contemporary engineering setting.
- Prior experience in a pre-sales or post-sales engineering role in a technology or software company is an advantage.
