Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and professional PowerPoint Presentation Specialist who can design high-impact presentations and confidently deliver them to clients, investors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will turn complex real estate information into transparent, visually appealing, and persuasive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design professional PowerPoint presentations for:
- Client sales pitches
- Investor meetings
- Project launches
- Company profile & marketing
- Training & internal meetings
- Create visually attractive slides using modern design principles (layouts, icons, charts, animations, branding)
- Convert data, project details, and marketing content into easy-to-understand presentations
- Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders when required
- Maintain brand consistency across all presentations
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams




- Update and improve existing presentation templates

Requirements

- Proven experience in designing professional PowerPoint presentations
- Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced level)
- Good knowledge of visual design principles, layouts, typography, and color
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear slides
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience in real estate / sales / marketing presentations
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Slides, or Adobe tools (bonus)
- Basic understanding of data visualization (charts, graphs)
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
