Responsibilities - create a warm, safe and engaging classroom environment where every child feels valued. Plan and conduct play-based, hands-on and experiential learning activities . Support children’s cognitive, language, physical, social-emotional and creative development .

Encourage communication, confidence, curiosity, independence and leadership through age-appropriate activities. Use storytelling, phonics, music, art, sensory play, STEM activities, movement and role play to make learning meaningful. Observe each child’s interests, strengths and learning needs and provide individualized support.

Maintain positive communication with parents and share meaningful observations about the child’s progress. Maintain classroom routines, safety,



hygiene and discipline with patience and empathy. Participate in school events, celebrations, field experiences and special activities.

Work collaboratively with the academic team to continuously improve the learning experience.
