Cyberinfomines Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awareness Trainer to conduct employee awareness training sessions for a client in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in delivering POSH awareness and workplace sensitization training and should be comfortable conducting interactive sessions for employees in both Hindi and Telugu.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive POSH awareness sessions for employees.
- Explain the Prevention of Sexual Harassment framework and workplace guidelines in a clear and practical manner.
- Cover employee rights, responsibilities, appropriate workplace conduct, and prevention mechanisms.
- Use relevant workplace scenarios and examples to improve participant understanding.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per day
