Role Description The Leadership & Networking Executive AI-Enabled | Strategic Partnerships | Institutional Engagement role is a full-time, hybrid position based in West Delhi (Dwarka–Janakpuri), with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The role involves identifying, building, and nurturing strategic partnerships with institutions, corporates, and community organizations to promote AVK Wellness programs and initiatives. The executive will plan and attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities, both online and in person, to expand the organization’s reach and influence.

Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with decision-makers, presenting wellness offerings, coordinating follow-ups, managing relationship pipelines,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role also includes using AI-enabled tools for research, data analysis, communication, and project coordination to improve outreach effectiveness and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse institutions.
- Networking, partnership development, and business development skills, including experience in meeting outreach targets and managing engagement pipelines.
- Comfort with AI-enabled and digital tools for research, communication, presentation, CRM, and data analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional writing, presentation skills, and confident public speaking.
- Organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups in a hybrid work setting.
- Background or strong interest in wellness, healthcare, psychology, HR, or community development is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Business, Management, Communications, Social Sciences, or related fields are an advantage.
- Ability to work in West Delhi (Dwarka–Janakpuri) on-site as required, with readiness for occasional travel for meetings or events.
