Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP/HCM Project/Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across Oracle ERP and HCM platforms.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM implementations, upgrades, integrations and enhancements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and PMO standards.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, Finance, IT teams and vendors to manage project delivery, risks, timelines and resources. The role will also work in Agile/Scrum environments and may act as a Scrum Master when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP and HCM projects , including implementations, upgrades, integrations and enhancements.
- Manage project milestones, timelines, technical deliverables and documentation as per PMO and SDLC standards.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR, Finance and IT stakeholders to align Oracle solutions with business requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives when required.
- Manage multiple small-to-mid-sized Oracle ERP/HCM initiatives independently.
- Manage vendor-led implementations and ensure delivery meets scope, quality and timelines.
- Analyze ERP/HCM processes, workflows and system performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping and solution design.
- Drive solution deployment, integration, testing, go-live and transition to support.
- Lead user training, change management and adoption activities.
- Identify project risks,



security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to security, data privacy and internal governance requirements.
- Maintain project documentation including BRDs, FSDs, technical specifications and process flows .
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards and updates covering progress, risks and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and continuous process improvement.
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, scope, cost, schedule and vendors across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure quality assurance, governance compliance and approval of project deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field .
- 8–10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management with strong Oracle ERP/HCM exposure.
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle ERP/HCM projects .
- Experience with Oracle modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Finance and Procurement .
- Solid understanding of SDLC, system integrations and enterprise architecture .
- Experience with Agile methodologies – Scrum/Kanban .
- Scrum Master experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Jira, MS Project and reporting dashboards .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of risk, vendor and project governance.
