Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage plant manpower planning, recruitment, induction, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, Labour Laws etc.
- Develop and implement effective labour contracts to meet business needs.
- Coordinate with external agencies for manpower sourcing when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in Plant HR or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Humanities (B.B.A. / B.M.S. / B.Com).
- Solid knowledge of ESIC, Labour Contracts, Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliance & Labour Management.
