Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head Nutraceutical to lead the overall manufacturing operations of the plant. The candidate will be responsible for production, quality, regulatory compliance, people management, budgeting, and continuous improvement.

1. Candidate will be responsible for overall plant operations, production planning, and achieving production targets.
2. Candidate will be responsible for GMP, FSSAI, FDA, WHO-GMP, and regulatory compliance.
3. Candidate will manage Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchase, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
4. Candidate will be responsible for manpower planning, team development, and safety.
5. Candidate will manage plant budgets, cost control, and resource utilization.
6. Candidate will drive process improvement, productivity, and cost reduction.

Candidate will report plant performance and key activities to the Management.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Head in the Nutraceutical industry.
2. Candidate should have strong experience in plant operations, production, quality, regulatory compliance, and people management.
3. Candidate should have valuable knowledge of GMP, FSSAI, FDA, WHO-GMP, and international regulatory requirements.
4. Candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
5. Candidate should be capable of managing people, processes, production targets, quality, and plant resources independently.
