We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage our precast concrete manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall plant operations and production management
- Production planning and achieving daily/monthly targets
- Managing manpower, moulds, machinery and raw materials
- QA/QC and ensuring product quality as per specifications
- Maintenance, safety and plant efficiency
- Cost control, productivity and reduction of wastage
- Coordination with project, dispatch and site teams
Experience in setup and operations of Precast Concrete Manufacturing plant for Infra or Building (Residential/ Commercial)
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Civil preferred.
