Job Title: PICU / NICU Staff Nurse

Department: Nursing

Reports To: Nurse In-Charge / Nursing Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in PICU & NICU.
- Monitor vital signs and clinical condition continuously and report any changes immediately.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as per physician’s orders.
- Assist doctors during procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and emergency interventions.
- Operate and manage life-support equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure infection control protocols and hygiene standards are strictly followed.




- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients’ families.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies (Code Blue situations).
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care and recovery.

Qualifications QUALIFICATION : GNM / B. Sc Nursing

EXPERIENCE: 1-10 Yrs
