Pizza Maker

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Pizza Maker who can prepare high-quality pizzas from fresh pizza dough while maintaining consistency, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and handle fresh pizza dough for pizza production.

- Stretch, shape, and portion pizza dough as per standards.

- Prepare pizza toppings, sauces, and ingredients.

- Assemble and bake pizzas according to recipes and quality standards.

- Maintain consistency in taste, size, and presentation.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pizza preparation area.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

- Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar kitchen role.

- Good knowledge of pizza dough preparation and handling.

- Knowledge of pizza baking techniques.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

- Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
