Metropolis Blood Collection Center is looking for skilled, patient-focused Phlebotomists to join our growing diagnostic services team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate blood sample collection, ensuring patient comfort, maintaining sample integrity, and supporting smooth laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples using venipuncture and finger-prick techniques in accordance with Metropolis protocols.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidence during blood collection procedures.
- Accurately label, handle, and organize samples for proper transportation and laboratory testing.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of phlebotomy instruments and collection areas.
- Record patient information, test requisitions, and sample details accurately in registers or systems.
- Strictly follow infection control, biosafety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure timely processing of samples.
- Support daily workflow and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification in B.Sc MLT, B.Sc Microbiology,



or equivalent; 10th/12th pass candidates may be considered with valid phlebotomy certification and experience.
- Proven experience in blood collection with strong attention to accuracy and patient care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle patients professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple samples efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
- Knowledge of sample labeling, data entry, and test requisition procedures.
- Calm, responsible, and problem-solving approach in a clinical environment.
