Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Pharmaceuticals Product Executive/Assistant Product Manager in the PMT function for the Gynae and IVF division. The role involves supporting product management activities such as brand planning, lifecycle management, and execution of marketing strategies for assigned products.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor analysis, coordinating with sales teams for marketing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and tracking performance metrics for product initiatives. The role also requires close collaboration with medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure compliant, timely,



and effective product promotion. The individual will contribute to new product launches, training support for field teams, and continuous improvement of product positioning in the market.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Analysis capabilities to evaluate product performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Sales-oriented skills to gather insights, understand customer needs, and align promotional strategies with commercial objectives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present product plans, and support field teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical product management, preferably in Gynae and/or IVF segments, is highly beneficial.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing practices, compliance requirements, and healthcare market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic data analysis; ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
