Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic PGT Computer Science Teacher to join a reputed school in Haldwani. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make computer science concepts engaging and practical for senior secondary students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons for Classes XI–XII.
- Teach programming, data structures, databases, computer networks, and other relevant topics as per the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct and supervise computer laboratory practicals and programming activities.
- Evaluate students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, technology-focused classroom environment.
- Prepare students for board examinations through regular revision, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and modern teaching methodologies.
- Maintain student records and participate in parent-teacher meetings and school activities.




- Collaborate with other teachers and school management to support students' overall development.

Educational Qualifications
- M.Tech / M.E. / MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science / B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent qualification.
- B.Ed. is preferred/required as per applicable school and board norms.
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science and programming concepts.
- Candidates with relevant teaching experience in senior secondary classes will be preferred.

Key Skills
- Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, computer networks, and basic web technologies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Good lesson planning and assessment skills.
- Ability to use digital tools and technology effectively in teaching.
- Patient, approachable, and student-focused attitude.

Experience 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school is preferred. Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also be considered.
