Role Description This full-time, on-site Personal Security Officer role is based in Lucknow and focuses on ensuring the safety and security of assigned individuals and designated premises. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring surroundings, identifying potential risks, and taking preventive measures to maintain a secure environment.

The Personal Security

Officer will control access to restricted areas, accompany and protect the principal during movements, and coordinate with internal security teams and local authorities when needed. The role also involves maintaining incident logs, following company protocols, and responding promptly and calmly to any security alerts or emergencies. The officer is expected to remain highly vigilant,



maintain professional conduct at all times, and adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Strong situational awareness and risk assessment abilities, with capacity to identify and respond to security threats.
- Experience in personal protection, security services, or law enforcement, preferably in an on-site operational environment.
- Proficiency in clear verbal and written communication, including the ability to report incidents and follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and act decisively in emergencies.
- Positive physical fitness Height 6s feet(mandatory) stamina, and readiness for extended on-site duty, including standing, walking, and escorting individuals.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
- Familiarity with basic security equipment and protocols; prior training or certification in security or protective services is an advantage.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; additional security-related training or military background is preferred.

NOTE- Candidate must have occupied in past service from NSG, SPG, Army.
