Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for TurboTrade.ai. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves managing performance channels such as search, social, display, and email, as well as coordinating with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, developing marketing strategies, monitoring campaign performance metrics, and preparing regular reports with actionable insights.

The specialist will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to improve conversion funnels, refine messaging,



and enhance the overall customer journey. The role also includes testing new channels, optimizing budgets, and ensuring that performance marketing initiatives comply with relevant financial and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify target audiences, position offerings, and design data-driven campaigns.
- Experience in Sales and performance-oriented marketing activities to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Ability to interpret data, manage budgets, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns based on ROI and key performance indicators.
- Brief design and content on creative, write your own ad copy, and have a defensible point of view on what will convert before you spend on finding out.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; exposure to financial markets or fintech is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced, quantitative environment and interest in algorithmic trading or capital markets.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
