About the Role

nWe're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for our D2C ecommerce clients. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and budget allocation to creative testing and reporting — working closely with design and dev to keep everything aligned with each client's growth goals.

nWhat You'll Do

- Build & launch Facebook/Meta ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for client accounts
n
- Manage & allocate ad budgets across campaigns to maximize ROAS
n
- Continuously test ad copy, creative, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance
n
- Managed atleast 3L per month in ad spend.
n
- Build and optimise campaign structures, including ABO, CBO, ASC, and retargeting.
n
- Monitor campaign data daily and make real-time optimizations
n
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy
n
- Spot and pitch current campaign opportunities to grow client accounts
n
- Mentor junior media buyers through QA, feedback, and daily guidance.

- Client comminucation & reporting on a daily & weekly basis.

nWhat You Bring

n

n
- 2-4 years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience — D2C or ecommerce background is mandatory.
n
- Demonstrated record of scaling ecommerce brands and driving conversions
n
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable in Ads Manager, GA, and reporting dashboards
n
- Working knowledge of Shopify/Shopify Plus
n
- Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach
n
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
n
- Bonus: experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
