We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of all paid digital advertising and B2B lead generation efforts. This role is critical for driving measurable business growth by securing high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the Sales team, optimizing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
- Manage external creative and media agencies and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.




- Own and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and achieve CPL targets.
- Collaborate on ad creatives and copy with internal and external stakeholders.
- Own MQL quantity and quality aligned with SQL criteria.
- Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and digital funnels through CRO initiatives.
- Ensure CRM and marketing automation integrations for seamless lead flow.
- Track KPIs including CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and platform dashboards.
- Prepare forecasts and budget projections.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with B2B lead generation.
- Expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience managing creative/media agencies.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign analytics.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, subscription businesses, or high-value sales cycles preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
