Founded in 2022, we recently raised a $30M Series B, co-led by Prosus Ventures and Tomales Bay Capital, taking our total funding beyond $42M. Today, more than 2 million monthly active users rely on Equal AI for everyday conversations.

Our voice-first assistant answers calls on a user’s behalf, understands who is calling and why, briefs the user on what happened, and helps them take the next action. We’re building a new consumer category at the intersection of AI, voice and consumer technology.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid acquisition engine.

What you’ll own

- Performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google and other relevant acquisition platforms
- CAC, CPI, ROAS and retention, translating business targets into campaign and budget strategies
- Acquisition campaigns across Android and iOS
- The complete funnel from install → activation → retention → monetisation
- Experiments across audiences, campaign structures, creatives and messaging
- A performance creative framework built alongside the Creative team
- Affiliate and partnership-led acquisition channels




- MMP, attribution and measurement across Android and iOS

You’ll work closely with our Growth, Creative and Product teams to identify what works, scale it and continuously uncover new growth opportunities.

What we’re looking for

- 3–5 years in performance marketing, growth marketing or digital acquisition
- Experience in a consumer technology, mobile app or high-growth startup
- Experience managing monthly performance marketing budgets of up to ₹5 Cr+
- Solid understanding of app acquisition and subscription-led businesses
- Ability to connect campaign performance with activation, retention and monetisation
- Hands-on experience with attribution, MMPs and campaign-level measurement

We value people who move fast, take ownership and care deeply about outcomes. The playbook won’t always exist—you should be comfortable launching, learning, iterating and scaling.
