Role Description The Performance Marketing Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting digital growth and brand visibility. In this role, the intern will assist with setting up and monitoring performance marketing campaigns across relevant online channels, track key metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting basic data analysis, supporting performance testing of campaigns and landing pages, and helping optimize campaigns based on insights.



The intern will also collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging with campaign objectives and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret campaign metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to present findings, collaborate with teams, and document campaign performance clearly.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Performance Management and Performance Testing to help monitor, evaluate, and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, online advertising platforms, and basic marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is beneficial.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and show attention to detail in reporting and analysis.
