Dragonfly Films is expanding its digital marketing services across a growing portfolio of brands and client accounts.

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of practical experience in:

- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- GA4 and conversion tracking
- Campaign optimisation and reporting

This is not simply a social-media posting role. You will be expected to plan, launch, monitor and improve performance campaigns—while understanding the business results behind the numbers.

You should be comfortable managing multiple accounts, analysing campaign performance and communicating results clearly to clients.
