Performance Marketing.

We're looking for someone who can own and grow our paid marketing — but who also understands that great performance starts with outstanding creative and a strong brand. You'll work on:

- Managing and scaling Meta, Google and other paid channels
- Tracking CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV and overall growth
- Testing audiences, creatives, messaging, offers and landing pages
- Working closely with the creative team on creative strategy and what to test next




- Finding opportunities across the funnel and turning data into action
- Helping build the overall growth strategy as we scale
- We're looking for someone who:Is analytical but also creative
- Has a good understanding of what makes people click, buy and come back
- Has an eye for detail and strong creative instincts
- Likes testing, experimenting and figuring things out
- Cares about building a brand, not just hitting a ROAS target
- Takes ownership and can work independently
- Has hands-on experience with Meta/Google Ads and e-commerce
