Title: PeopleSoft System Administrators

Key Responsibilities

- Manage PeopleSoft environments across Development, Test, and Production.

- Perform setting administration and ensure system availability and stability.

- Manage PeopleSoft patching and upgrade activities.

- Provide production support by diagnosing and resolving system outages and technical issues.

- Troubleshoot and address middleware-related issues.

- Manage system security, including access control and user account administration.

- Monitor system performance and capacity, including CPU, memory, and disk utilization.

- Monitor Process Scheduler performance and collaborate with development teams on performance tuning.

- Perform project migrations between different PeopleSoft environments.

- Coordinate with DBAs and Windows/Linux administrators for infrastructure-related activities.

- Manage SSL certificates and support related technical requirements.

- Participate in disaster recovery exercises and ensure system readiness.

- Support ongoing maintenance and performance optimization of PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM platforms.
