About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is interested in building a career in performance marketing and learning how paid advertising directly drives business growth.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns for Aadhya Wellness across Facebook and Instagram.

This is a hands-on role. You will work with campaigns, audiences, creatives, tracking, budgets, and performance data to generate quality leads and improve campaign results.

You don't need years of experience — but you should be curious, analytical, willing to experiment, and obsessed with understanding why a campaign works or doesn't work.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Generate qualified leads for Aadhya Wellness through paid campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis.
- Analyze key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and campaign structures.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets.
- Conduct audience research and build relevant targeting strategies.
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns.
- Work with the creative/content team to develop and test new ad creatives.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action.




- Continuously test new approaches to improve lead generation and reduce acquisition costs.
- Maintain campaign reports using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Track campaign performance and communicate insights to the Growth Head.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve marketing-to-sales conversion.
- Help maintain and troubleshoot marketing tracking systems.

Tracking & Analytics You will work with tools including:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Meta Pixel
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Excel / Google Sheets

You should develop an understanding of:
- Conversion tracking
- Events and parameters
- UTM tracking
- Pixel implementation
- Campaign attribution
- Landing-page performance
- Lead tracking
- Audience performance

What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills
- Basic understanding of Meta/Facebook advertising.
- Interest in performance marketing and paid advertising.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.

- Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel.
- Understanding of GA4.
- Understanding of Google Tag Manager.
- Basic knowledge of UTM parameters.
- Familiarity with lead-generation campaigns.
- Basic understanding of conversion funnels.
- Experience running a small personal, college, freelance, or internship Meta Ads campaign.
