We’re looking for 5 rockstars with 1-7 years experience to join our team as a Startup Ecosystem Builder. This is a high-visibility, high ownership impact role at the intersection of startups, talent, and ecosystem-building.

Your role in the Partnerships and Student careers team to engage with Operators, Founders and VCs in the startup ecosystem, identify opportunities for talent development and connect Mesa talent with the most exciting startups and operators in the country. If you’re passionate about working with founders and operators, curating powerful communities, and shaping the careers of top-tier students, this is for you!





Key responsibilities:

1. Build a network of 1000+ Startups, with 3k+ Senior Operators, HR leaders and Founders
2. Curate unique IPs to build Brand Mesa with Founders, Operators, HR leaders and
3. Manage Employer Partnerships to enable orbital shift outcomes for 200+ PG students and ensure a premium experience for recruiters through the hiring cycle
4. Drive Placement Outcomes with Precision and Care
