We are looking for a Part-Time Freelance Telecaller / Business Development Executive to support our business outreach activities.

The primary responsibility will be to call business owners and HR DEPARTMENT, introduce our services, understand their requirements, and generate potential leads or business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to business owners and professionals.
- Introduce and explain our services clearly.
- Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Maintain basic records of calls and leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Communicate professionally and build a good rapport with customers.

Requirements

- Freshers and students are welcome.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.




- Basic knowledge of English and/or Tamil.
- Smartphone and a reliable internet connection.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous telecalling or business development experience is an advantage but **not mandatory.
