Entry & Exit Control: Assist at boom gates, ticket dispensers, and automated payment kiosks to prevent bottlenecks. Premium & Accessible Parking Management: Actively monitor and protect dedicated bays, including disabled parking, parent-with-pram spaces, and VIP or electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.

Pedestrian Safety: Safely manage pedestrian crossings and walkways within the parking structure, protecting shoppers walking to and from mall entrances. Loss Prevention & Security Support: Maintain high visibility to deter vehicle break-ins, report suspicious behavior, and keep fire lanes, loading docks, and emergency exits completely clear.

Guest Assistance: Give explicit directions to mall entrances, specific anchor stores, or lost vehicles, and assist shoppers carrying heavy bags if needed.
