We're looking for a part-time Event Operations Lead to help run and scale a current live, in-person event format for small curated groups. You'll work directly with the founder to turn this into a well-run, repeatable operation.

Responsibilities

- Learn and help run live event operations end to end
- Manage on-ground logistics and timing during events
- Brief and coordinate additional on-ground staff per event
- Support pre-event prep and venue coordination
- Contribute ideas as the format evolves

Requirements

- Based in Delhi/Gurgaon; available for weekend evenings
- Comfortable in an early-stage, evolving setup
- Strong on-the-ground communication and problem-solving
- Events, hospitality, or live-experience background a plus, not required

Engagement Starts with one paid trial event, moving to an ongoing monthly arrangement for the right fit.

Compensation

Trial: fixed fee, discussed at application. Ongoing: monthly retainer based on scope.
